Product Introduction
Typical grades: 9Cr2Mo, Cr5MoV, high-chromium cast iron (such as Cr12MoV). For instance, in Cr5 cold-rolled rolls, the chromium content is increased to 5%, the carbide type changes from M3C to M7C3, the wear resistance is twice as good as that of Cr2, and the hardened layer depth is ≥45mm. It has excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance. According to the American ASTM A427 standard, it is classified as Class 3 and is used for high-precision aluminum foil rolling. It is widely applied in the rolling of steel rolls for automotive plates and home appliance plates
Cr6 cold-rolled rolls, with chromium content increased to 6%, further enhance wear resistance and are suitable for high-load rolling (such as stainless steel and electrical steel).
