The company employs senior technicians specializing in milling, lathe processing, grinding, CNC programming, and heat treatment, alongside lecturing experts from the China Roll Research Association. It continuously imports advanced domestic and international production equipment and technologies to optimize efficiency and quality. For instance, plans to introduce state-of-the-art heat treatment equipment will enable an annual output of 10,000 tons of large/medium-sized high-alloy cold-rolled work rolls and intermediate rolls, with advanced and stable processes.

Rolls of different materials (alloy steel, high-speed steel, tungsten carbide, etc.), sizes and hardness can be customized according to customer requirements.
